• More than 15 days before travel: 90% refund (10% service/processing charges)
• 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund
• 4–7 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 72 hours before travel or No-Show: No refund

Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, transport, or service provider policies.

3. Non-Refundable Services

No refund will be provided for:

• Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
• Permits, entry tickets, gondola tickets, or adventure activities
• Peak season bookings or special discounted offers
• Services partially used or not utilised due to late arrival or early departure

4. Cancellation by Al-Lyza Tour & Travel

• If a tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or force majeure), customers will be offered:
  • A rescheduled tour OR
  • A refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
• Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted.
